Experience
Taylor’s practice at Kozak & Gayer involves representation of healthcare professionals before professional licensing and healthcare organizations before regulatory agencies. He also represents healthcare clients and professionals in a variety of health-law related matters, including health law litigation in civil and probate courts, healthcare contracting, regulatory compliance, policy development, health information privacy law, and debt collection.

Prior to joining Kozak & Gayer, Taylor’s practice focused on civil, commercial and real estate litigation, and corporate and business law, and he has also represented healthcare professionals in litigation and in professional licensure matters, and healthcare facilities in healthcare collection matters.
​
Before commencing his legal career, Taylor earned a Certificate in Surgical Technology in Illinois in 1998 and has hundreds of hours of experience in assisting in a wide variety of surgical procedures.
